These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the RestoredTBI website, downloadable resources, educational materials, emails, videos, social media content, and related services. RestoredTBI is operated by Press Hawn Media LLC.

By accessing, purchasing, downloading, or using RestoredTBI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use RestoredTBI.

1. What RestoredTBI Provides

RestoredTBI provides faith-based educational resources, printable and downloadable journaling tools, guided reflection materials, and supportive content for people navigating traumatic brain injury recovery, emotional regulation, spiritual reflection, and related personal growth.

RestoredTBI materials are intended to be downloaded, printed, saved, and completed by users on their own. RestoredTBI is not designed to collect, store, process, review, or manage private journal entries or completed workbook responses.

2. Who RestoredTBI Is For

RestoredTBI is intended for personal educational, reflective, and faith-based support. It may be used by individuals, caregivers, family members, and supporters who want structured tools for reflection, journaling, and recovery-oriented growth.

RestoredTBI is not a medical provider, therapy provider, crisis service, legal service, or substitute for professional care.

3. No Medical, Mental Health, Legal, or Professional Advice

RestoredTBI content is provided for educational, informational, spiritual, and personal reflection purposes only.

RestoredTBI does not provide medical advice, mental health diagnosis, therapy, counseling, legal advice, professional treatment, or crisis support. Nothing on the website, in downloads, in emails, in videos, in social posts, or in related materials should be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

Always seek the advice of a qualified physician, licensed therapist, counselor, pastor, or other appropriate professional with questions about your health, mental health, recovery, treatment, medication, safety, spiritual care, or personal situation.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or danger to yourself or others, call emergency services or contact a crisis hotline immediately.

4. Faith-Based Content

RestoredTBI may include Christian, faith-based, prayer-oriented, or spiritually reflective material. You are responsible for deciding whether this content is appropriate for your beliefs, values, health situation, and circumstances.

RestoredTBI does not guarantee any specific spiritual, emotional, medical, mental health, relationship, or recovery outcome.

5. Eligibility

By using RestoredTBI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

If you are using RestoredTBI on behalf of someone else, you are responsible for making sure that your use is appropriate, lawful, respectful, and authorized.

6. Purchases, Downloads, and Refunds

RestoredTBI may sell or provide access to digital products, downloadable toolkits, worksheets, journaling guides, videos, printable materials, or other resources.

Because these products are digital and may be accessible immediately after purchase, you agree not to misuse the refund policy by downloading, copying, printing, or using the materials and then requesting a refund in bad faith.

RestoredTBI currently offers a 30-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you have trouble accessing the purchased materials, contact RestoredTBI within 30 days of purchase. RestoredTBI will either help resolve the access issue or provide a refund.

RestoredTBI may deny refund requests that appear abusive, fraudulent, duplicative, or inconsistent with fair use of an immediately accessible digital product. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

7. Permitted Personal Use

You may use RestoredTBI materials for your own personal reflection, learning, journaling, printing, and recovery support.

You may download and print purchased materials for your own personal use or for private use with a person you are supporting, as long as you do not sell, publish, distribute, or claim ownership of the RestoredTBI materials.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, copy, upload, or publish RestoredTBI paid materials without written permission.
Share purchased download links publicly or with people who have not purchased or been granted access.
Use RestoredTBI content to provide unauthorized medical, therapy, counseling, legal, or professional services.
Misrepresent RestoredTBI content as your own work.
Remove copyright, branding, attribution, or ownership notices from RestoredTBI materials.
Use the website, downloads, emails, videos, or resources for unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, or deceptive purposes.
Interfere with the security, operation, or availability of RestoredTBI systems.

8. Your Journaling, Stories, and Personal Content

RestoredTBI materials may invite you to write journal entries, prayers, reflections, notes, stories, or personal responses. These materials are designed for you to complete privately after downloading, printing, or saving them on your own device or physical copy.

Press Hawn Media LLC and RestoredTBI do not intend to collect, store, process, review, or manage your private journal entries or completed workbook responses.

Your journal entries, stories, testimony, reflections, and personal content are yours. You decide whether to keep them private, share them with a trusted person, or publish them somewhere else.

If you choose to share your story, testimonial, journal excerpt, comment, message, video, image, voice, name, or other personal content directly with RestoredTBI, you remain responsible for what you share. Do not send anything unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of another person's privacy, or anything you do not have the right to share.

RestoredTBI will not use your personal story, testimonial, journal excerpt, likeness, name, image, voice, video, or identifying details in marketing, social media, promotional content, public materials, or educational examples unless you give permission. If permission is requested, the intended use should be explained in plain language.

9. Social Media and Platform Permissions

RestoredTBI may use social media platforms, including TikTok or similar platforms, for educational content, awareness, storytelling, marketing, or community engagement.

RestoredTBI is not currently designed to process your journal entries or private personal content through TikTok or another social media platform.

If RestoredTBI later offers a feature, campaign, integration, challenge, submission process, testimonial request, or permission-based posting workflow involving TikTok or another platform, your story remains yours. RestoredTBI may only use, post, publish, edit, excerpt, or promote your story, testimonial, name, image, video, voice, journal excerpt, or personal content with your permission.

If you personally choose to post your own story or reflections on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or another third-party platform, that is your choice and responsibility. Your use of that platform is governed by that platform's own terms, privacy policy, permissions, and settings.

10. Account Access and Security

RestoredTBI may currently operate primarily through downloads, checkout pages, email, and website access. If account features are added later, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity under your account.

Notify RestoredTBI if you believe any account connected to RestoredTBI has been accessed without permission.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

RestoredTBI may link to or use third-party services, including payment processors, email providers, hosting platforms, analytics tools, social media platforms, video platforms, file delivery tools, or other software providers.

RestoredTBI is not responsible for third-party websites, services, policies, content, or actions. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Intellectual Property

RestoredTBI content, including text, designs, worksheets, frameworks, downloads, videos, graphics, branding, layouts, and other materials, is owned by RestoredTBI, Press Hawn Media LLC, or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, publish, upload, or create derivative works from RestoredTBI materials without written permission, except for personal use as allowed by these Terms.

13. Results Are Not Guaranteed

RestoredTBI does not guarantee specific recovery outcomes, emotional outcomes, spiritual outcomes, medical improvements, financial outcomes, relationship outcomes, or life changes.

Your experience may depend on many factors outside RestoredTBI's control, including your health, support system, professional care, personal circumstances, beliefs, environment, and how you use the materials.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RestoredTBI and Press Hawn Media LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, RestoredTBI.

You use RestoredTBI at your own discretion and risk.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

RestoredTBI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. RestoredTBI does not promise that the website, downloads, checkout pages, emails, videos, links, or content will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.

16. Changes to RestoredTBI or These Terms

RestoredTBI may update available resources, change features, or update these Terms from time to time.

When these Terms are updated, the "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use of RestoredTBI after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Suspension or Termination

RestoredTBI may suspend or terminate access if it believes a user has violated these Terms, misused the service, created risk, violated intellectual property rights, or acted unlawfully.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law rules.
